IntelliOS
Privacy Policy
Effective August 15, 2026
This policy explains how IntelliOS handles information provided through its website, mobile app, accounts, communications, and CLARA messaging services.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, organization, account details, mobile number, communications, requests, and SMS consent or opt-out records. We may also collect security, device, and service-use data needed to operate and protect IntelliOS.
IntelliOS mobile app
The first-version IntelliOS mobile app does not require an account and does not request your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, camera, photos, health information, payment information, or advertising identifier. Saved intelligence, personal notes, bookmark notes, view and filter settings, the invite code, recent CLARA chat history, and the cached public feed are stored on your device. Personal and bookmark notes are not transmitted to IntelliOS. When you refresh, the app requests public intelligence from IntelliOS using encrypted web connections.
CLARA text conversations
When you choose to send a message to CLARA, the recent conversation needed to answer your request is transmitted to IntelliOS and OpenAI. IntelliOS does not intentionally write CLARA mobile chat content to its application database or application logs. OpenAI retains API response data and security or abuse-monitoring logs under its API data controls, generally for 30 days under the default controls and longer when legally required. IntelliOS does not use CLARA conversations for advertising, sell them, or opt them into model training.
CLARA voice conversations
Microphone access is optional and requested only when you start an in-app CLARA call. During the call, audio is streamed through Twilio and IntelliOS to OpenAI so CLARA can transcribe the request and respond. IntelliOS does not record these calls or intentionally persist their audio or working transcript. OpenAI may retain content in security or abuse-monitoring logs under its API data controls, generally for up to 30 days under the default controls and longer when legally required. Twilio retains call metadata, such as time, duration, status, and a pseudonymous client identity, under its service retention practices; Twilio makes API call records available for 13 months and may retain older records in archives. A randomly generated device identifier creates that pseudonymous voice identity. It is not an advertising identifier and is not connected to an IntelliOS account.
App activity and diagnostics
Twilio's voice service processes call status, duration, and call-quality information needed to connect, secure, and troubleshoot CLARA calls. IntelliOS does not use this information for advertising or cross-app tracking. Standard server security records may include network and request metadata needed to prevent abuse and maintain reliability.
How we use information
We use information to provide requested services, deliver opted-in cybersecurity alerts and conversational responses, operate and secure IntelliOS, maintain compliance and audit records, respond to support requests, and improve service reliability.
Mobile information and consent
IntelliOS does not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in and consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be provided to telecommunications and infrastructure vendors only as necessary to deliver and secure the messaging service, or when required by law.
Service providers
We use service providers including Twilio for voice and telecommunications, OpenAI for CLARA responses and speech processing, and cloud hosting and infrastructure providers to deliver and secure IntelliOS. They receive information needed to perform those services and operate under their own contractual security, privacy, and retention obligations. They are not authorized by IntelliOS to use SMS consent data for their own marketing.
Retention and security
Device-local information remains until you clear it in the app, remove the app, or your device removes its storage. CLARA text and audio are handled according to the provider periods described above; IntelliOS does not maintain a separate mobile CLARA conversation archive. Other information is retained only as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal and compliance obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security and audit records. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can clear CLARA chat history, notes, bookmarks, and other locally saved information from within the app. You can decline microphone permission and continue using the public reader and text features. You may reply STOP to an IntelliOS text to end recurring SMS messages and START to re-enroll; reply HELP for messaging help. You may also contact info@intellios.io to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal, security, and record-retention requirements.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as IntelliOS services or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will remain publicly available on this page.
