Content generated or synthesized by IntelliOS is not legal advice, financial advice, insurance advice, underwriting advice, regulatory advice, incident-response direction, or any other professional advice.
Use of IntelliOS does not create an attorney-client, insurer-insured, advisor-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship between you and IntelliOS, its owners, operators, contributors, or affiliates.
IntelliOS outputs reflect only selected and available source materials in your session. IntelliOS does not independently verify all third-party telemetry, claims data, public incident reporting, or actor statements contained in those sources. Absence of a reference does not imply absence of risk.
Citation markers and source linkages may be machine-assisted. You are solely responsible for independently validating citations, context, page references, and factual claims before external sharing, legal filings, underwriting decisions, or regulatory use.

Third-party report content remains subject to applicable rights of its original owners. IntelliOS output may summarize and transform source information but does not transfer ownership of third-party content. You must ensure your downstream use complies with applicable law and source terms.
IntelliOS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntelliOS and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on IntelliOS outputs, including losses tied to cyber incidents, business interruption, data loss, regulatory outcomes, legal claims, or insurance outcomes.
IntelliOS uses contact and account information provided directly by a user, including a mobile number, only to provide requested services, deliver opted-in cybersecurity alerts and conversational responses, maintain security and compliance, and support the account. IntelliOS does not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in and consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be disclosed to telecommunications, cloud, and other service providers solely as needed to deliver and secure the requested service, or when required by law. Enrollment in recurring IntelliOS SMS messaging occurs only when a user texts START to +1 407-329-6827. IntelliOS may then send recurring cybersecurity alerts, research updates, system and publishing status notices, and conversational replies. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
